Orders for delivery need to be placed by 3:00 pm day of delivery to be assured of your delivery time. Any orders for same day placed after 3:00 pm may experience a slight wait depending on the delivery load for that day. Our delivery window is Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The delivery time is approximate so there may be a 30 minute difference depending on deliveries for that day. If you aren't going to be home we suggest leaving a cooler at your front door. This way our driver can leave your food in a container that will assure the foods quality.

Pick-up & Delivery
Orders will be available for pick-up Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Place your order with an estimated pick-up time. Type in 159 Main St, Grand Junction, CO 81501 into your maps and arrive at the Grand Junction Convention Center. You will want to head to our parking lot off of Colorado Ave. & 2nd Street. Once in the parking lot stop in the pull out where our sign is placed and give us a call at (970) 263-5709. Our attendant will gather your order and deliver it directly to your car. Once you have received your order, get it to your house and refrigerate ASAP or take it from the bag directly to your oven.

for best quality after receiving meals take home and place in refrigeration as soon as possible. All meals are labeled with a best by date to assure the quality of your meal.
All meal will come with a meal card that will give you heating directions specific to that meal. there will be nothing more than using your oven or microwave required. Cards will also give a description of items in the meal in case of allergies.
after meal is ready simply serve to your family and friends, and enjoy the experience our chef prepared meals bring to the table.
Clean up is a breeze. Simply load the dishwasher with plates and utensils. throw the pans meals were prepared in right in the trash.

Enhanced Safety Protocols
In an effort to stay as safe as possible we are following all recommendations made by the CDC including but not limited to the below list.
Checking temperatures daily and ensuring that all employees do not have any Covid-19 symptoms.
Using food safety gloves when handling and prepping all food products and containers.
Using food safety gloves when handling meals during pick-up.
Cleaning our hands often, either with soap and water for 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Putting distance between ourselves and other people (at least 6 feet).
Covering mouth and nose with a mask at all times while preparing food.
Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces multiple times throughout shifts.
Cleaning and disinfecting the entire kitchen every morning before food preparation and every evening.
ABOUT OUR CHEF
JEFFREY "JEFE" DAVIS
A native of Pueblo, Colorado, Jeffrey Davis found his calling to cooking while going to school for graphic design in Arizona. There he started cooking in local restaurants and realized that his future would be in the kitchen. Davis returned to Pueblo and enrolled in culinary school at Pueblo Community College. While attending school he worked at Angelo’s Pizza, he then went to work at the Pueblo Convention Center. Where he continued to work until graduating from culinary school and accepting the Sous Chef position. Shortly after he would be promoted to Executive Chef and would hold that title for four years. Until he moved to Grand Junction, Colorado to be the Executive Chef of the Grand Junction Convention Center. Davis has learned a lot in his 12+ years in the culinary industry, from banquets for 2,000+ guests, winning local chef competitions, chef sushi action station for 300+ guests to 7-course wine dinners for 20. Never being satisfied he is always learning new cuisines and techniques to keep expanding his culinary skills. He wants to bring all his experience to your home table with GJ Chefresh, to enjoy amazing food with your family and friends.
